since mr. yeong is retiring..i decided 2 write a poem 4 him…because..he is a good maths teacher…n i hope da next maths teacher is oso good..here goes..

Listen, listen, listen,

That is what you always say to us,

But today it is time for you to listen,

While we sing you a song from us.

Maths is the subject you teach,

But you do sometimes preach,

That we should obey,

So that we would not go astray.

We appreciate everything you taught,

You also taught us what was right and what was not,

You acted like a daddy,

That is why we are happy.

From directed numbers to circles,

You taught us everything you know,

You explained untill you go in circles,

We really appreciate it you know.

Mr. Yeong, our beloved maths teacher,

Thank you for everything you did,

We promise to become better,

Everyday bit by bit.

Although sometimes we make you angry,

We want to you know that we are sorry,

You never lost hope in us,

To let us shine like the stars above.
